The conventional analog oscilloscope circuits is divided into five blocks in this paper. In every block, this paper summarizes and analyzes some possible unusual phenomenons caused by faults of this block, provides one or more diagnosis methods being suitable for the faults occurred in this block, points out the easy damage parts that cause the certain unusual phenomenon because of its damage and analyzes the connection between the certain damage parts and the unusual phenomenons.
