A new kind of design method of instrument for measuring white light transmissivity of periscope is introduced. A set of this instrument has been developed according to this method. The measuring result of the instrument developed is accurate, its function is complete and it is easy to be operated. The practical measurement result shows that this instrument meets all the design requirements.
