In this paper, aiming at solving the key problems of data collection technology in reverse engineering, the principles,characteristics of measurement methods of data collection technology in reverse engineering are introduced in detail,and the accuracy,speed and application range of every method are analyzed and compared. Moreover,the modes of Measuring data are summarized and several measurement examples are presented.
