The type KJY precision aperture-meter is the special meter for measuring bore diameter of the ring gauge. Within the ring gauge measurement regulation(JJG894-95),it is used as the first selected instrument calibrating grade II ring gauge. Based on the above,the computer control technology is applied to this instrumant and then its performance is increased further. The principle of the improved part is presented and the uncertainty of the instrument is analyzed in this paper.
