Carrying out the military standard GJB9001A-2001, the special requirements of the common device control related to manufacture and check are discussed in this paper. About how to understand the contents of the relative clauses of the standard and to do the measurement and check of the common device well, some view points are presented by the authors. At the same time, before the check of the common device, the authors put forward their opinions about doing calibration. And some problems paid attention to are proposed when do calibration.
