Based on the exponential attenuation principle for gamma ray,a radioactive fuel density transducer has been developed to measure fuel density under various environmental,and the radioactive fuel density measurement technology has been applied to the aircraft aboard fuel system as well.This paper describes the operation principle,mathematic model and data analysis of radioactive fuel density transducer in detail.
