How to apply the improved theodolite with telemeter to the test and measurement method of helicoptor suspension flight performance is presented.It has been proved by the practical flight test that this method is of precise theory and reasonable plan,it is simple to be improved and easy to be operated and its cost is cheap.Comparing with the original photographic measuring method,it has the advantage difficult to be substituted.
