Some issues pointing to the quantity and location of the detecting holes of the total and back pressures and the form of the profile of the detecting stem of the mean velocity tube flowmeter have been discussed.Several structure forms are presented in detail.The practical flow measurement calculation formula is proposed.Several factors effecting on the precission of measurement are analyzed.A proposal for developing this product is put forward finally.
