Owing to the popularizing and actualizing of the international standard,the operation concept of the metrological work of the enterprise has been changed greatly.In the mean time,the new task about the metrological work how to practically and effectively serve the enterprise has been put forward.In this paper,combining with the certification of quality system and the practice of qualified certification of metrology test and measurement system,the method and difficult point of the control and management of the subcontractor measurement work during establishing and improving the metrology and measurement of the enterprise have been analized and searched.
