The intelligent electric\|magnetic flowmeter,integrating the sensor,converter and integrator onto it,and displaying on the spot,is introduced in the paper.The advanced chip microprocessor and the chip are adopted in it and the on\|line signal acquisitions and data processings are realized.And the fault\|tolerant technique of software is also adopted,so that the reliability of meter and the accuracy of measurement are increased greatly.
