In this paper,the use and test status quo of internal and external large\|sized coordinate measuring system is analyzed briefly and the composition,measuring method and error source are described.According to the internal use status quo and present level,the performance parameter,test method and material reference of the theodolite system suitable for indoor test and site test are proposed.The technical approaches for developments of the indoor large\|sized standard and site material reference are given.
