The error test method of the existing 3D coordinate measuring machine is analized and the symmetrically associated combination calibration method is put forward in this paper. The measuring principle and a new brief mathamatic model of this method are described in detail. Through experimental comparison, the correctness and practical applicability are tested and verified.
