A computer aid system based on contact type interferometer which is a verificationregulation device for Testing gauge block in metric department is introduced. The interfreogram isdetected by CCD and processed by computer instead of estimated by operator. This process is quicklyand automatically and avoid eyestrain. The software was designed according to the last national stand,easy to study and use.
