A method and definition to evaluate the dynamic accuracy of data acquisition system is introduced in this paper. By the curve fitting method, the effective bits, the errors of offset, the errors of gain are evaluated. The dynamic accuracy of data acquisition system is determined finally. Accuracy results using the method in test are given in the end.
