The error analysis and calculation illustrate that the resultantimage level instrument with 0.01 can not meet the needs for the accuracyrequirement of O class PI:ane planness verification and the autocollimationinstrument with 0. 005 or electronic level instrument can have the satisfactoryverification accuracy and then correctly choosing verification tools are veryimportant for its verification quality guarantee.
