A system controled by Single Chip Microcomputer, which can beused for three-dimension coordinate measurement, is introduced in this paper.It used Capacity Grating as displacement transducer.With the contiol softwareof system, it can make NC program automatically and has an interface tocommunicate with other microcomputers.The system can run reliably and has agood ratio of perfermanceand cost.
