There is no research on the traceability of airborne high sound pressure calibration currently. Based on laser piston-phone method, traceability of airborne high sound pressure up to 180dB is realized by the measurement of piston velocity in a piston cavity using laser interferometer. Experiment results show the good coherence to theoretic formulas. It can support the traceability of airborne high sound pressure calibration and provides accurate value to high sound pressure metrology.
