    摘要:

    调研了目前国内外表面压力分布测试试验校准技术,分别总结了风洞试验中稳态压力分布和脉动压力分布的测试及校准现状。选取分布测压技术中具有代表性的压力扫描阀及压敏漆(PSP)测试校准技术展开论述,介绍了包括校准原理,试验流程,及校准溯源链等校准试验的关键要素。通过对比国内外风洞测压试验校准技术现状,分析了我国测压校准体系存在的问题及解决方法,并提出了未来我国风洞压力分布测试校准技术的发展方向。

    Abstract:

    By investigating the advanced technology of surface pressure distribution test and calibration in the world, the current status of testing and calibration of steady and dynamic pressure distribution tests in wind tunnel is introduced. The representative techniques such as pressure scanning valve and pressure sensitive paint (PSP) in distributed pressure test are selected to illustrate, and the key elements of calibration test including calibration theory, test process and traceability are discussed. By comparing the current situation of calibration technology for wind tunnel pressure measurement at home and abroad, the problems and solutions of calibration for pressure test in China are analyzed, and the development direction of wind tunnel pressure distribution measurement and calibration technology in China in the future is put forward.
