    摘要:

    目前主要采用依据标准图样目视判断的方法分析加工后的叶片前后缘形状,存在测量效率低、重复性差、评价结果不一致等问题。本文提出基于厚度偏差趋势判断前后缘形状的方法,利用叶片截面中弧线分割叶片边缘厚度,根据评价区域最大厚度偏差、最大厚度偏差比和厚度偏差变化率系数,自动分析叶片前后缘削边形状。该方法具有快速、准确的特性,为发动机叶片加工质量的评价提供了重要保障。

    Abstract:

    At present, the method of visual judgment based on standard pattern is mainly used to analyze the shape of the leading and trailing edges of the processed blades. There are some problems such as low measuring efficiency, poor repeatability and inconsistent evaluation results. In this paper, a method for judging the shape of the leading and trailing edges based on the trend of thickness deviation is presented. The blade edge thickness is divided by the arc of the blade section. According to the maximum thickness deviation, the maximum thickness deviation ratio and the variation coefficient of thickness deviation in the evaluation area, the shape of the cutting edge of the leading and trailing edges of the blade is automatically analyzed. This method has fast and accurate characteristics and provides an important guarantee for the evaluation of engine blade processing quality.
