    摘要:

    为解决加速度计充气工序合格率低的问题,运用6σ方法和分析工具,通过流程分析和鱼刺图等分析工具找出了影响充气工序合格率的可能因素,再利用等方差检验、单因子方差分析等工具最终确定了关键因素,并经过多次试验验证分析,提出了改进措施,有效地提高了加速度计的整体合格率。

    Abstract:

    This paper presents 6σ methods and tools to solve the problem of low qualification rate of the accelerometer inflating process. The possible factors affecting the qualification rate of the inflating process were found through flow analysis and fishbone diagram, and finally, the key factors were identified by means of equal variance test and one-way ANOVA. After many tests and verification analysis, the improvement measures are put forward, and the overall qualification rate of the accelerometer is improved effectively.
