In view of the problems existing in the testing of photoelectric encoder,,a corresponding detection device is developed, and the test methods are expounded. The advantages of the detection are: small volume,convenient operation, fast testing and digital tube display of the results. All the testing items can be done, therefore, the requirements for the rapid?comprehensive and accurate photoelectric encoder testing can be achieved.
