This paper introduces the verification method of ASL3000 IC test system.According to the characteristic of the test system,we use self owned instrument and verification programs to verify liner signal module,digital signal module,mix signal module,RF signal module and base band signal module.For verification of self owned instrument,we can trace to the source of nation standard via periodic verification.
