In this paper,the calibration method for lock-in amplifier is described.Some realization ways of calibration are discussed,including the phase sensitive detectors characteristics,full-scale sensitivity internal noise,dynamic reserve,dynamic range and time constants.Combining with to the calibration system,the uncertainty of measurement of the typical parameter is evaluated.
