In this paper, the reconstruction scheme, status after reconstruction, calibration results of gear measurement center and comparision results of masters are introduced. National Institute of metrology calibration proves the new gear measurement center has high repeatability and precision. According to the calibration results, this new gear measurement center could meet all the calibration re quirements of the measurement of grader profile master, helix master and class 2 gear.
