Abstract:During the process of the aerocraft-structure strength experiment, the accurately simulating loading-couse of the real structure by using electrohydraulic synchro-loading system is very important for safe design of aerocraft-structure and reliability of experimental data. In this paper, in connection with the character of the strong coupling, nonlinear and time varying of the electro hydraulic synch-loading system, the neural network decoupling control method is applied to resolving the problem, of the force coupling of different channels, and the synchro-loading test of two channels is performed. Experimental results show that the good dynamic control effect can be obtained and the accurate synchro-loading control can be realized.
