本文在对角速度波动率测量技术研究的基础上，提出了一些自己的看法，并对一些相关术语进行了定义，同时，对角速度波动率测量方法的不确定度评定进行了分析。最后，通过数据处理软件对实验数据进行了分析和验证。
Some viewpoint, correlative term of the definition and uncertainty for calibrating the fluctuant rate of angular speed are presented in this paper. The data of analysis and experiments are also given by the software.
