The metrologicol calibration organization in Guangdong province is reviewed and analyzed by the auther,including their market conception,administrative system ,integrative service in high quality, high efficiency and benefit. The reasons of marching in the front rank of same profession and their success experiences are summarized ,the difference compared with them and the latent danger competing with them for the market are pointed out.
