The uncertainty on 2cm microwave attenuation measurement system of series R.F. substitution method is verified by the transfer comparing method. The repeatability of measurement standard system is expressed by the experimental standard deviation s n(A) within the measurement group and the stability of measurement standard system is expressed by the experiment standard deviation s m among the different measurement groups.
