According to the properties of TDICCD,the effect of optical system and pixel dimension on resolution is analyzed and the effect of CCD noise, speed-altitude ratio and exposure control on image quality is discussed. After adopting the correlated double sampling technique, automatic speed-altitude ratio and automatic and exposure control,the image quality of TDICCD camera has been improved.
