Abstract:The structure and measuring principle of small angle measuring instrument of model of differential cylinder are introduced in this paper.The uncertainty of measurement of calibrating the coupled image level using small angle measuring instrument has been analized and calculated.The paper points out that using the differential cylinder method the accuracy is high and the operation is convenient.
