The traditional methods calibrating meter\|factor of flowmeters with pulse output are volume measure,weight measure and so on.A new method is introduced as follow:the standard flow is made by a cylinder drived by a servo motor,count stops or starts through twice PC interruption roution,therefore the accurate estimated value of meter\|factor is acqured.
