This paper introduce the basic theory of the hot\|wire/film anemometer and the method to determine the flow velocity of calibration nozzle system.This calibration nozzle system is designed for the calibration of hot\|wire/film anemometer.A method to determine the uncertainty of this system is fully analyzed using uncertainty thoery in this paper.
