In this paper,the evaluation of the delay time difference between channels for a four parameters sine wave by least square is introduced,uncertainty analysis and evaluation process are given and an example of analysis and evaluation is given at the same time.This process and result can be applied to the uncertainty analysis of relative index with regard to the measurement standard and to the evaluation of the uncertainty of the index itself as well.
