In this paper , the 8902A measuring receiver as the high frequency medium and low voltages standard is analyzed and studied .A kind of new method for verifying ultrahigh frequency millivoltmeter is iutroduced and experiment data are provided. The uncertainty of this standard equipment is analyzed.
