In this paper we briefly review the development of digital oscilloscope (DSO) and CRO calibrator, and analize the typical design and transmission mechanism of 100ps pulse switch circuitry of model 9500 calibrator. At the end of the paper, we introduce a generation of full automatic calibration system configuration of software and hardware.
