on base of the setting general principle for discussing shanpe and position error measurement, it is analyzed that is the original resources of basic error in the error measurement of the workpiece with large size, the transforming characteristics of extensible tolerance band and several problems of the wrong results from easy neglect for selecting and setting base line.
