The paper introduces a new method of testing a sensitivity of the ultrasonic wave transducer. This method excludes the effect of an instrument on results measured in common method. A simple, economic and useful method is presented in measuring a frequency characterity of the ultrasonic wave transducer. The experimental results are given in this paper.
