In order to solve the question that equipments with inconspicuous statistic characteristics are difficult to get the equipment state quality characteristic targets, this paper proposes to get the equipment state quality characteristic targets got by diagnostics test. The condition of equipment state quality diagnostic test is illustrated, the single target system including the diagnose rate, negative diagnose rate, error diagnose rate, etc. and the integrated target system including the accord rate, integrated exponent, etc. are established. The parallel diagnostic test method and the series diagnostic test method which improves the equipment state quality diagnostic test rate are further studied.
