The measuring method and it's implement scheme of the laser precision measurement of torpedo thread leaded wire coil are analized in this paper.After adopting laser precision measurement,the accuracy of the testing equipment has been increased evidently and the key problem effecting the quality of the product and the transfer method of the quality value of stretching strain have been resolved.And then the vacancy in this field has been filled.
