Adapting the voice technology to the intelligent instrument can change the "deaf\|mutism" of the traditional instrument and make the instrument's operating status more clear and its operation more reliable.The synthesis and output techniques are introduced and the method of applying the voice technology to the intelligent instrument is explored in this paper.
