In this paper,a method about statistic evaluation of the linearity of the edge of triangle waveform signal is introduced.Under the uniform distribution condition and using vaveform measurement method and histogram statistic analysis method,the amplitude distribution histogram and the edge linearity of the triangle waveform signal are evaluated.The evaluation course and some relative technical problems are discussed in detail.The error analysis of relative parameters is done.The test result proved the effectiveness and practicability of this method.This method could be applied to the performance evaluation of the triangle waveform signal generator.
