This paper generally analyzes the features of the pulsating flow,and from the nature we theoretically analyze and go into the criterion ofpulsating flow in metrology and measurement and the conditions which mustbe pay attention, and put forward the method of increasing pulsating relax level and the relatively calculating formula. Thus the difficult problem in metrology and measurement has been solved and the accuracy of metrology andmeasurement has been improved.
