    在气流温度传感器风洞校准试验中,由于有试验成本高、校准试验环境与实际使用环境差距大等各种原因,有必要构建气流温度传感器数值校准虚拟风洞,实现极限非常规校准工况的气流温度传感器的误差修正及虚拟校准,并通过气流温度传感器的虚拟校准数值风洞获取仿真结果,尽可能地减少实物校准的工况数量,同时也从理论层面为气流温度传感器的设计与校准提供补充。本文介绍了气流温度校准技术国内外发展现状,分析了气流温度传感器数值校准虚拟风洞实现思路及方法,探讨了如何利用CFD技术在计算机平台上建立虚拟仿真风洞以模拟真实的校准环境,为建立国产化气流温度传感器数值校准虚拟风洞提供技术参考。

    Abstract:

    In the wind tunnel calibration test of air temperature sensor, due to the high-test cost and the gap between the calibration test environment and the actual use environment, it is necessary to build the virtual wind tunnel for the numerical calibration of the air temperature sensor, and realize the error correction and virtual calibration of the air temperature sensor under the extremely abnormal calibration condition. The virtual calibration of the numerical wind tunnel of the air temperature sensor is obtained. The simulation results can lower the working conditions of the real calibration as much as possible, and provide a supplement for the design and calibration of the air temperature sensor from the theoretical level. The development of air temperature calibration at home and abroad is introduced. The realization idea and method of virtual wind tunnel for the numerical calibration of air temperature sensor are analyzed. How to establish virtual simulation wind tunnel on computer platform by Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) technology is discussed to simulate the real calibration environment, which provides technical reference for the establishment of the virtual wind tunnel for the numerical calibration of domestic air temperature sensor.
