    摘要:

    转台是一种用于惯性元件检测的设备,对其轴系结构性能有较高要求。本文使用有限元法对超低速转台的主轴结构进行力学性能分析,对转台的设计起到指导和验证的作用。转台轴承采用气浮轴承,按照实际情况建立主轴模型,计算气浮轴承的等效刚度,然后进行静态分析,分别求解模型在静态下的形变和应力,最后进行动态分析,求解得到结构的振型和固有频率,验证了结构的合理性。

    Abstract:

    Turntable is a kind of equipment used for inertial component detection, which has high requirements for the structural performance of its shafting. The finite element method is used to analyze the main axle structure of ultra-low speed turntable in this paper. The analysis plays a guiding and verifying role in the design of turntable. Turntable bearings adopt air bearing. According to the actual situation, the spindle model is established to calculate the equivalent stiffness of air bearing. Then static analysis is carried out to solve the deformation and stress of the model in the static state. Finally, dynamic analysis is executed to obtain the vibration mode and natural frequencies of the structure, which verifies the rationality of the structure.
