    摘要:

    本文主要介绍了一种用于Fe-C高温共晶点装置复现用的三段加热的立式高温均热炉,包括炉体的设计结构、温度控制系统、复现用腔体的密封结构设计和冷却水与充气保护系统等。通过对炉体温场的测试结果表明,该炉体能够满足设计的预期要求,实现Fe-C高温共晶点的复现。

    Abstract:

    A vertical high temperature furnace with three homogeneous heating sections, for the purpose of reproducing the high temperature fixed point of Fe-C eutectic alloy, is mainly introduced in this paper. In addition, the structure of the furnace, the controllable temperature system, the sealing structure of cavity in the furnace, the water-cooling system and the gas-protecting system are represented in proper sequence. By analyzing the testing results of temperature field in the furnace, it shows that the present furnace can satisfy the anticipated needs of design, namely reproducing the high temperature fixed point of Fe-C eutectic alloy.
