The way of high-order coefficient calibration for linear accelerometer is discussed,the effect factor of the high-order coefficient calibration for linear accelerometer is classed and analyzed,and the arithmetic of linear accelerometer's data is simulated simply.It lays a good groundwork for further research on the high-order coefficient calibration for linear accelerometer.
