Abstract:This paper describes how to write the report for measurement standard and fill the application form correctly.And it summeries some problem finding from the process during examining and verifying the report for the measurement standard and the application form of enterprise and institutiom.the purpose is to help the technicians to write the report for measurement standard and to fill the application form correctly.
