In this paper,using the self-developed high speed acquisition system and through the measurement and processing software,the acquisition and processing of the anglar speed fluctuation have been realized.Using the principle of the calibrating angle at regular time,the measurement of the instantaneous angler speed has been done.Through the experiment,the feasibility of this method has been proved as well.
