The primary and -working standard on humidity measuring and their relationship are introduced in this paper. It also point out emphatically that it is significant to promise the measurement and calibration of humidity sensors, by correctly using standard humidity generator of two-pressure method, two-temperature method, divided flow method and saturated salt method.
