Chroma measurement of light source is very important in many areas,and the UV-365 spectrophotometer is widely used in chroma measurement.In this paper,we develop a automatic chroma measurement system to compensate the shortage of that the UV-365 can't calculate the large number of measurement data and then the efficiency has been increased.We convince the feasibility of the system by testing a standard source in the end.
